The 2005 People’s Choice Podcast Awards website is seeing amazing amount of traffic. Everyone has been playing nice thus far minus a couple of shows that had to be disqualified for cheating. We have some verifications out on other nominations that have not come back which has raised our eyebrows on a couple of others, more on that later.
So far the site has seen approx 800,000 unique hits, and a high number of nominations. Podcasters are mobilizing their listeners. We will be giving out the first of three awards for sites driving the most traffic to the site in a few days.
